The weeks dwindle down into days until Final Presentation Night. I have started cultivating my presentation about my final product and my journey getting there. I have had to think about how I should structure it to build upon itself in a manner that people can easily follow. Lithium-ion batteries are not very easy to understand, especially when my project is so involved in chemistry. I need to break it into little blocks and simplify the details. People following along with what I am saying is key to getting my point across, as I don't want to lose anyone in the process of explaining. Furthermore, I need to be wary of my 30-minute threshold and reaching that 30-minute mark. This means I need to be detailed but not granular, and simple without being too broad, in order to balance my work enough to reach that threshold. At this point, I have found my slide theme and have started to create the presentation so I can start practicing it before Final Presentation Night, as I want to be prepared for my speech and not walk in blindly. Overall, we just need to construct our words into something people can understand, but also get a point across deeply enough on how potent this problem is in modern-day society.
